Preparation of the train
Dilute in a ratio of 2: 1.
For example for 100 grams of resin you need 50 grams of hardener
After connecting the components, mix the composition thoroughly for 3 minutes, carefully collecting along the walls and bottom of the plastic Cup (this is very important!!! if the resin is not well mixed with the hardener, then in some places the picture may not solidify). The composition should become transparent. At the end, we recommend that you pour it into a clean glass and additionally stir it to avoid accidental mixing.
We do not recommend storing the resulting mixture in a large volume (more than 0.5) for more than 40 minutes, as the resin may become very hot and polymerize.
After joining the two components, an irreversible polymerization reaction occurs. It is important to strictly observe the proportions of both components of the mixture, as this affects the properties of the final material.
By placing the product on the heating battery, you will reduce the duration of solidification of the epoxy resin. Ensure that the temperature does not rise too much, so that the composition does not boil with the formation of many bubbles.

Curing temperature
The resin must be combined with the hardener at a temperature of 20-22°C
The lower the air temperature,the slower the curing process and the longer it will take. If the temperature is reduced by 10C, the curing time may increase by 2 times. Also, the polymerization process is accelerated at an elevated temperature.

The thickness of the fill
The recommended coating thickness is no more than 10 mm.

Children are not allowed to work with the material. Strictly 18+

Pregnant women and lactating women are not allowed! Do not take orally!

Precautions: Avoid contact of unprotected skin and mucous membranes with resin, hardeners and dust generated during the grinding process, as this can cause moderate or severe skin irritation. When working, use protective clothing: glasses, a respirator, nitrile gloves, a cap or scarf, armbands, and an apron. For additional safety, it is recommended to use protective creams and ointments.
Do not inhale dust from grinding, use a respirator and safety glasses when machining the finished product.
Do not use solvents to remove the epoxy resin from the skin. If the skin comes into contact with resin, hardeners, or sanding dust, immediately remove the resin with dry wipes or a towel, and then wash the contact area with warm water and soap. After washing, dry your hands with a single-use paper towel, and then lubricate them with a soft, greasy ointment based on lanolin vaseline or castor oil.
If a skin rash appears during operation, stop working with the resin. If the problem persists when you resume working with the material, stop working with it and consult your doctor. If the resin or hardener gets into your eyes, immediately rinse your eyes with water for 15 minutes and consult a doctor. If any of the components or sanding dust gets into your eyes, immediately flush them with warm water. If after this you feel pain, burning in the eyes, seek help from a doctor.
Avoid swallowing the material and dust from sanding. Wash your hands thoroughly after work, especially before eating. If you have swallowed the epoxy resin, drink plenty of water and call a doctor immediately. When using the product, do not smoke, drink, or eat.

Allergies: Individual intolerance to the material and allergic reactions are possible, in case of their manifestation, immediately stop working with the material and consult a doctor. After the resin is completely solidified, it does not emit any harmful substances, but still inside the product there is still a process that is invisible to us, so any product made of resin should rest for 1-3 weeks after solidification, before contact with the skin in order to avoid allergic reactions, since it is all very individual

Storage conditions: The epoxy resin is stored in a tightly closed container, in a dark place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, at a distance of at least 1 meter from heating devices. Avoid contact with moisture and volatile substances of other chemical components. In everyday life, store separately from food, in a place out of the reach of children.

Disposal: Do not allow liquid resins or their solutions to enter sewers, drains, or any body of water, including rivers, streams, or lakes. Empty dry containers should be disposed of. In the absence of this possibility, take it to the landfill.
