The ability to fill a layer up to 1 centimeter in one technological operation
Does not contain solvents
Preparation of the train
Dilute in a ratio of 2: 1.
For example for 100 grams of resin you need 50 grams of hardener
After connecting the components, mix the composition thoroughly for 3 minutes, carefully collecting along the walls and bottom of the plastic Cup (this is very important!!! if the resin is not well mixed with the hardener, then in some places the picture may not solidify). The composition should become transparent. At the end, we recommend that you pour it into a clean glass and additionally stir it to avoid accidental mixing.
We do not recommend storing the resulting mixture in a large volume (more than 0.5) for more than 40 minutes, as the resin may become very hot and polymerize.
After joining the two components, an irreversible polymerization reaction occurs. It is important to strictly observe the proportions of both components of the mixture, as this affects the properties of the final material.
By placing the product on the heating battery, you will reduce the duration of solidification of the epoxy resin. Ensure that the temperature does not rise too much, so that the composition does not boil with the formation of many bubbles.
The resin must be combined with the hardener at a temperature of 20-22°C
The lower the air temperature, the slower the curing process and the longer it will take. If the temperature is reduced by 10C, the curing time may increase by 2 times. Also, the polymerization process is accelerated at an elevated temperature.
The thickness of the fill
The recommended coating thickness is no more than 10 mm.
CHILDREN can'T be paid for one technological approach ! Strictly 18+
Pregnant women are not allowed!!!
Precautions: avoid contact of unprotected skin and mucous membranes with resin, hardeners and dust generated during the grinding process. When working with epoxy resin, wear protective clothing, a respirator, and rubber gloves.
Avoid breathing dust from sanding, machining finished product use a dust mask and goggles.
Do not use solvents to remove the epoxy resin from the skin. If the skin comes into contact with resin, hardeners, or sanding dust, immediately remove the resin with dry wipes or a towel, then wash the contact area with warm water and soap.
If a skin rash appears during operation, stop working with the resin. If the problem persists when you resume working with the material, stop working with it and consult your doctor. If the resin or hardener gets into your eyes, immediately flush your eyes with water for 15 minutes and consult a doctor.
Avoid ingestion of materials. Wash your hands thoroughly after work, especially before eating. If you have swallowed the epoxy, drink plenty of water and call a doctor immediately. When using the product, do not smoke, drink, or eat.
Individual intolerance to the material and allergic reactions are possible. if they occur, immediately stop working with the material and consult a doctor.
To prevent negative consequences, you must adhere to
following rule:Avoid direct contact with hardeners, epoxy resin, and sanding dust, as this may cause moderate or severe skin irritation.
Provide yourself with protective clothing, a respirator, nitrile gloves, safety glasses, a cap or scarf, armbands, apron.
For additional safety, it is recommended to use protective creams and ointments.
It is not recommended to use solvents to remove the resin from the skin. If the skin gets exposed to epoxy resin, hardeners, or sanding dust, use baby wipes and/or wash the affected area with warm water and soap.
After washing your hands, dry them with a single-use paper towel, and then lubricate them with a soft, greasy ointment based on lanolin vaseline or castor oil.
Only in case of significant contamination of the hands with epoxy resin is it allowed to use a minimum amount of acetone to clean them. Various toxic solvents are not allowed for this purpose.
If any of the components or sanding dust gets into your eyes, wash them immediately with warm water. If you feel pain or burning in your eyes after this, contact your doctor for help.
If you have a rash on your skin when working with epoxy resins, mixtures, and hardeners, stop working with these materials for a while.
If the problem appears again after repeated contact, seek medical help.
Avoid ingesting epoxy resin or sanding dust.
Wash your hands very thoroughly after work, especially before eating.
Storage conditions: store Epoxy resin in a tightly closed container, in a dark place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, at a distance of at least 1 meter from heating devices. Avoid contact with moisture and volatile substances of other chemical components. In everyday life, store separately from food, in a place not accessible to children.
Disposal: do not allow liquid resins or their solutions to enter sewers, drains, or any body of water, including rivers, streams, or lakes. Empty dry containers should be disposed of. If this is not possible, take it to the landfill.
