High-strength resin. It is used to form a coating that is resistant to abrasion and resistant to high temperatures up to 220 degrees. The recommended volume for better mixing of the components of the finished composition is 50 g. Mixing table for component A and component B To get the right amount of ready-made ingredients: 50 gr. = A 27 gr. + In 23 gr. 100 gr. = A 55 gr. + In 45 gr. 200 gr. = A 110 gr. + In 90 gr. 500 gr. = A277 gr. + In 223 gr. 900 gr. = A 500 gr. + In 400 gr. 1800 gr. = A 1000 gr. + In 800 gr.

Operating principle:

Mixing ratio A100:B80
For example, for 100 grams of resin, you need 80 grams of hardener
The mixing time is 3 minutes, this is very important, if the resin is not well mixed with the hardener, then in some places the picture may not solidify!

Flexible resin. It is used to create flexible products. Forming a coating that is resistant to abrasion and resistant to high temperature. The resin is designed for moderate bending of products, such as soft cover for a notebook or creating bonfires and trays. Please note that the bending of the products should be moderate, otherwise it can lead to cracks and fractures. Over time, the product becomes less elastic. Finished product: it is not recommended to wash with abrasive detergents.

The recommended volume for better mixing of the components of the finished composition is 50 g.
Mixing table for component A and component B
To get the right amount of finished product:
50 gr. = A 27 gr. + In 23 gr.
100 gr. = A 55 gr. + In 45 gr.
200 gr. = A 110 gr. + In 90 gr.
500 gr. = A 277 gr. + In 223 gr.
900 gr. = A 500 gr. + In 400 gr.
1800 gr. = A 1000 gr. + In 800 gr.

High temperature resistance up to 220 degrees (leaves no traces)
Has a memory effect, tightens and restores the surface, making it glossy again after exposure to hard objects
Resistant to shallow scratches
Aligns the surface
Saves the form
UV radiation for a long time.
When working, it has almost no smell (after drying, there is no smell)
The working time with the composition is 25 minutes.
The time of polymerization on the flake is 3 hours
Strength set of 56 hours
It may not have a strong smell in the finished product (for example, when you bend the product). In a calm state, the smell is almost imperceptible, you can feel it if you bring it close to your nose.

Operating principle:
Mixing ratio A100:B80
For example, for 100 grams of resin, you need 80 grams of hardener
To avoid the product sticking to the mold surface, we recommend:
1. Do not overheat the burner
2. If you are working for the first time, test on a single mold
3. We recommend removing the finished product no later than 11 hours
4. Poorly mixed ingredients: we recommend mixing very thoroughly for about 5 minutes! mix in one glass, then pour into a new clean glass and mix in it. then pour into the first one and mix again.
5. The recommended volume for better mixing of the components of the finished composition is 50 g
6. Use good weights.
7. Do not leave in a draught
8. Do not create vibration during drying.

Calculation of the quantity.

Calculation of resin for round mouldings ⠀

To find the area of a circle multiply PI times the radius squared.⠀
And also, as with other shapes, multiplied by the value of the resin is 0.5 (for products with a height of 5 mm)⠀

For example, take the popular size of fire 13 cm:⠀
6,5 * 6,5 * 3,14 * 0,5 = 67 gr ⠀

On such a fire, I usually take 90-100 g of resin.⠀ It
turns out 4-5 mm in height. ⠀

Part of a fruit bowl or a tray of 30 cm:⠀
15 * 15 * 3,14 * 0,5 = 353 gr ⠀

For this size, I usually take 380 gr. Similarly, a height of 4-5 mm is obtained.⠀

Children, pregnant and lactating women can not work with the material!!! Strictly 18+! Do not take orally!

Precautions: Avoid contact of unprotected skin and mucous membranes with the composition and dust formed during the grinding process, as this can cause moderate irritation or severe skin irritation. When working, use protective clothing: glasses, a respirator, nitrile gloves, a cap or scarf, armbands, and an apron. For additional safety, it is recommended to use protective creams and ointments.
Do not inhale dust from grinding, use a respirator and safety glasses when machining the finished product.
Do not use solvents to remove the compound from the skin. In case of contact with the skin, immediately remove the composition with dry wipes or a towel, then wash the contact area with warm water and soap. After washing, dry your hands with a single-use paper towel, and then lubricate them with a soft, greasy ointment based on lanolin vaseline or castor oil.
If a skin rash appears during operation, stop working. If the problem persists when you resume working with the material, stop working with it and consult your doctor. In case of contact with the product, immediately rinse your eyes with water for 15 minutes and consult a doctor. If any of the components or sanding dust gets into your eyes, immediately flush them with warm water. If after this you feel pain, burning in the eyes, seek help from a doctor.
Avoid swallowing the material and dust from sanding. Wash your hands thoroughly after work, especially before eating. If you have swallowed the compound, drink plenty of water and call a doctor immediately. When using the product, do not smoke, drink, or eat.
Allergy: Individual intolerance to the material and allergic reactions are possible, if they occur, immediately stop working with the material and consult a doctor. After the product is completely frozen, it does not emit any harmful substances, but inside it there is still a process that is invisible to us, so any product should rest for 1-3 weeks after curing, before contact with the skin in order to avoid allergic reactions, since it is all very individual.
Keep away from children, heating devices, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Store separately from food.

ATTENTION!!! The light yellow hue may have a Component A. When applied to the product with a thin layer of up to 5 mm, this shade is invisible in the work.
